Our 4-Way Adjustable Knee Support provides compression to help sore, weak, injured and arthritic knees with the internal and external adjustment system for a comfortable fit. The thin straps help prevent bunching of material behind the knee. Perforated neoprene blend provides even compression, soothing warmth, and ventilation. Anatomically shaped patella opening and half tube buttress support helps keep the kneecap in place.

Application/Instructions: 1. Align patella opening over kneecap. 2. Fasten bottom section behind knee. 3. Fasten top section behind knee. 4. Secure four tension straps behind knee.
Intended Use: Provides support to weak, injured, or arthritic knee joints.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sloppy stitching of Vecro tabs leves sharp corners My podiatrist suggested that I let you know about a quality problem with your product. Your former one had excellent stitching where the Velcro pieces are attached. Currently (I just bought 4 on Amazon) the Velcro is not stitched down on the sharp corners, often sticking into my foot! I'll be glad to share photos of the stitching on the old style and the new.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design of fasteners I had a single earlier version of this product (Model B45317A Rev 5) that was wonderfully comfortable to wear. I now need braces for both legs. I tried other brands that I purchased from local stores. All where uncomfortable, so I thought I'd try the newer version from Mueller hoping it would meet the quality of the one I have. Not even close. The former model has soft edges that protect the skin from the Velcro fasteners. This newer model has larger Velcro fasteners that are unfinished and dig into the back of the leg and have chaffed severely to the point of drawing blood. At which point continued wear is impossible until the wounds heal.
