With flexible gel that contours to the foot & 360° targeted compression, the EZ Relief™ Foot Sleeve can be worn throughout the length of the foot depending on where the pain is. It cools and warms with ease: simply slide it in the fridge or freezer for cold therapy & heat it in the microwave for hot therapy. Application Instructions:

• Applying Cold Therapy: Cool in the refrigerator or freezer (with supplied reusable bag) for at least 2 hours for best performance. 

• Applying Hot Therapy: Warm in microwave WITHOUT SUPPLIED BAG for 20 seconds. Test temperature. Do not heat for more than a total of 30 seconds.

• Easy to Apply: 1: Heat/Cool as seen under Application Information. 2: Take sleeve out of reusable bag for Cold Therapy. For Hot Therapy take sleeve out of reusable bag before microwaving. 3: Slide sleeve over desired treatment area.
