Manufactured with a thicker gel composition, the EZ Relief™ Foot Sleeve expertly retains temperature for up to 2X longer-lasting relief & recovery. With flexible gel that contours to the foot & 360° targeted compression, the EZ Relief™ Foot Sleeve can be worn throughout the length of the foot depending on where the pain is. Application Instructions:
- Applying Cold Therapy: Cool in the refrigerator or freezer (with supplied reusable bag) for at least 2 hours for best performance.

Applying Hot Therapy: Warm in microwave WITHOUT SUPPLIED BAG for 20 seconds. Test temperature. Do not heat for more than a total of 30 seconds.

Helps with arch pain
This foot sleeve is great for the cramps I get on my arches. I have super arched feet and many shoes are uncomfortable to wear after a while, causing painful cramps in the middle of my foot. These give me extra support and are thin enough to wear under my socks.

Not good for chunky feet
The EZ relief foot sleeve is a great concept. It is full of gel and can be used cold or hot. The package says one size fits most. It is not suitable for chunky feet. I was able to get it around the middle of my foot, but it was a little snug. I could not get it over my heel or around my ankle however.

A nice option for feet pain
I received this product free from Influenster and Mueller Sports Medicine in exchange for my honest review. I received Mueller Sports Medicine’s EZ Relief Foot Sleeve in the color black.
This foot sleeve is supposed to help in the healing journey of plantar fasciitis and arthritis. It uses a gel technology that can lock in temperatures longer and can be warmed in the microwave or cooled in the freezer.
The feel of the product is high quality. The only problem I had with it was that it barely fit my foot. Though my foot is slightly wide, it still should have fit my foot. Other than that this product seemed to work well. I only used it when it was cold, so my review is not for when it was heated up.

Comfortable foot pain relief
This foot sleeve is fairly comfortable. It's breathable. It helped relieve pain and was cooling on the skin, even when not placed in the fridge or freezer. It is a little bulky, so it can't really be worn with shoes. I feel like if cared for and stored properly, this product will last a long time.

I received this free from @ Mueller and @ Influenster for my honest review.I am on my feet a lot because of the work I do so my feet ache all the time.It felt good on my feet and relieved some pain.It was a little tight when I had it in the middle , but my feet were a little swollen from being on them all day. It felt best around my ankle.

Good not great
This foot support brace is nice because it can be applied warm or cold. It has decent compression to it. While it felt “nice” on my plantar fasciitis, I don’t think it treated any underlying problem. Just gave me some relief while I was laying down. It’s definitely not something you could walk in. If you have PF in both feet I recommend purchasing 2 as it’s annoying to move back and forth.

Relieves pain and pressure
I used the foot sleeve warm after being on my feet all day and wow it felt amazing!! It slips right on, isn’t too tight and the heat just went right to the sore spot and it feels amazing!! The fabric is breathable so you don’t sweat while using it and the fabric is very durable using it hot or cold!!

Perfect compression and relief.

This works great for your foot or ankle. It’s neoprene material so it’s not like an uncomfortable ice pack but is just cool enough for your foot. I did not try it in the microwave but feel like it would be equally as pleasant if you wanted a warm compress.

Comfy and Cool
I didn’t realize how much this would help me before putting it on. It stays cool and offers a lot of support for the arches of my feet. It fit my foot well and seems like it will last a while. Honestly, I’m giving the 4 stars because I wish it was a little tighter because I have narrow feet, but I feel like that would feel even better which may not be a personal preference for everyone.

Helps with pain
This is the best thing I have used for when my feet hurt! After you have gotten it out of the freezer, you just slip it right on your foot. It is a little tight at first, but it gets more comfortable once you have used it several times. It helps ease my foot pain quickly and effectively.

So worth it
When I first got this I took it out of the package and put it in the fridge. My dr told me to use a frozen water bottle on my foot to relieve the pain. Well with this sleeve straight from the fridge and on my foot helps just as much as a frozen water bottle….except better. I love it. It works and feels amazing on my foot to relieve the pain. I get relief.

Didn’t help too much.
This didn’t fit the greatest on my foot and was a tad bit awkward. It did have a cooling effect when put right in the middle of my foot. Didn’t feel any different when put on my ankle though. Seems durable and appears like it will last awhile. Offers OK support. Didn’t really do much for my foot arthritis though.

This wrap is good! I use it as cold compress. It stays cold for a but not for long time. The compress removes from the band and can be placed anywhere on the band. It isn't bulky.

The EZ Relief foot sleeve is very cool upon wearing, like applying in ice but without ice. The fit is perfect. I wish there'd be a version of foot sleeve that covers the heels because they're tired from standing up all day.

Game Changer
This is a game changer. This product has a soft fabric exterior with a cushioned gel interior. It feels so comfortable on and keeps cool longer than any other ice pack I’ve ever used. Even as it comes back to room temperature, it still feels good on the foot. The design is wonderful and versatile and fits anywhere you need on the foot or ankle. It comes in a quality reusable bag for storing in the freezer. It is perfect for someone who has been working on their feet or walking all day. It would also be great for plantar fasciitis.
