Application/Instructions:
1. Wear brace over sock. 2. Pull brace firmly on to foot. 3. Lace to top and then retighten for a tight, comfortable fit. 4. Relace as necessary to maintain support.

Awkward fit and sizing with no support
Did not help. Awkward fit. I bought 2 of them. First was the size they recommended. It felt big. I sized down, but still found no comfort or support. I’m now just using my decades old adjust-to-fit brace Mueller used to make.
