Application/Instructions:
1. Slide hand into brace; Holes are for thumb only.
2. Tighten top strap.
3. Wrap wrist strap.
Intended Use:

They are a Blessing
I have been wearing for carpel tunnel for a couple of years now. It has blessed me from waking up with numbness in the middle of the night!!!
