The Mueller® Reversible Thumb Stabilizer helps support and limit the motion of the thumb (Metacarpophalangeal or MCP Joint) while allowing for full finger movement. The thumb stabilizer also provides warmth to the thumb area and joint allowing a more comfortable feel during wear. This brace is ideal for those with soft tissue injuries, thumb sprains, gamekeeper's thumb, osteoarthritis, and general joint pain.

About this item

  • INTENDED USE: Helps stabilize and support sore or injured thumbs while also helping to stabilize the thumb to help improve hand function and reduce pain. Aids in the treatment of painful conditions such as osteoarthritis.
  • FIT: One size fits most. Can be worn on the right or left. Three adjustable straps, wraparound for easy on/off.
  • TWO RIGID STAYS: One on each side of the thumb, limit movement and provide maximum support.
  • FABRIC: Breathable mesh material provides comfort for all day wear. Fabric treated to prevent odor.

Application/Instructions: 1. Loosen straps. 2. Wrap middle strap. 3. Wrap thumb strap. 4. Wrap wrist strap.

I have not cleaned it yet, but with the breathability, it doesn’t look like it should be very difficult to get clean if it gets if it gets dirty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of the best available *I was given this thumb stabilizer for my honest opinion. #Influenster #Mueller The stabilizer feels high quality, very durable and reliable. It works well to hold the thumb stable. The arthritis pain in my thumb/wrist is helped by the product holding the thumb and wrist in a stable, neutral position. Comfort is mostly based on how you adjust the straps, though with not much movement, it can't chafe much. I have 2 other brands and this one surpasses one of those and almost equals the other in comfort and performance.

This brace has been really good for me. Its light weight and im able to move my hand with no problem. Really like how much it lets air flow so my hand doesn’t end up all sweaty.
