Application/Instructions: 

• Place thumbs inside sleeve.
• Slip arm through sleeve so bottom of the sleeve rests on the wrist.
• Gently slide sleeve up the arm, top of sleeve rests on upper arm.
• Smooth out any bunching or wrinkles.
• DO NOT fold over the upper or lower band or allow the sleeve to roll.
