The Mueller® Reversible Thumb Stabilizer helps support and limit the motion of the thumb (Metacarpophalangeal or MCP Joint) while allowing for full finger movement. The thumb stabilizer also provides warmth to the thumb area and joint allowing a more comfortable feel during wear. This brace is ideal for those with soft tissue injuries, thumb sprains, gamekeeper's thumb, osteoarthritis, and general joint pain.

About this item

  • INTENDED USE: Helps stabilize and support sore or injured thumbs while also helping to stabilize the thumb to help improve hand function and reduce pain. Aids in the treatment of painful conditions such as osteoarthritis.
  • FIT: One size fits most. Can be worn on the right or left. Three adjustable straps, wraparound for easy on/off.
  • TWO RIGID STAYS: One on each side of the thumb, limit movement and provide maximum support.
  • FABRIC: Breathable mesh material provides comfort for all day wear. Fabric treated to prevent odor.

The brace was easy to put on and adjust and didn’t feel bulky or overly restrictive. It was comfortable enough for extended wear and I didn’t get any noticeable rubbing on my skin. It helped support my thumbs recovery and I would recommend for an affordable option. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

I have small hands and fingers and it fits great and it also fits my husband whose hands are much larger. It’s easy to use and put on. This is a great product for jammed, sprained or broken thumb.

This is probably from either my desk job or spending too much time on my phone. This stabilizer can be used on either hand. Just adjust and tighten as needed. It worked great to keep my thumb stabilized, which helped with the pain I was having. It also helped me realize that I needed to flex my fingers more and not do such repetitive motions all day.
