Application/Instructions:
Cool in freezer in supplied reusable bag for at least 2 hours before use. If wrap feels too cold, apply plush side to skin until cold is manageable. Apply cold wrap for periods of up to 20 minutes every two to four hours. Heat in microwave without supplied reusable bag for 45 seconds. Knead to distribute heat. Turn over and heat for an additional 45 seconds. Knead to distribute heat. If Necessary, heat in additional 10 second increments to reach desired temperature.

Exactly what my neck needs!
I love that I can use it cold or hot depending on what my neck needs! The wrap fits comfortably around the neck and stays in place since you can button. I honestly use for my head too sometimes when laying down and it helps with my migraine. The instructions were easy and the packaging is great. It is small enough to fit in the fridge and store there.

Very good for office workers like me

What I love most about this wrap is its sheer versatility. Having the option to use it as both a heating pad and a cold compress is incredibly convenient. When I wake up with a tight, stiff neck, tossing it in the microwave for a quick heat session works wonders to relax the muscles and get my range of motion back. On the flip side, after a tough workout or a particularly stressful afternoon, keeping it in the freezer makes it the perfect soothing cold wrap to reduce tension and inflammation. The design itself is highly functional. It is shaped to contour perfectly around the neck and upper shoulders, providing targeted relief exactly where you need it most without slipping off when you move your head. The fabric is soft and comfortable against the skin, avoiding that harsh plastic feel that some generic ice packs have. It also holds its temperature for a solid amount of time—long enough to get a full, satisfying session of therapy in. If I had to nitpick, I’d say you just have to be careful not to overheat it in the microwave, so definitely follow the heating instructions closely. The most important thing to knw about the the hot/cold neck relief is that is is very effective
This hot/cold neck relief wrap is one of my favorites! It's portable, reusable, has no leakage, and the adjustable straps keep it secure. It's also very effective for soothing neck pain and tension.

Good for athletes
My oldest son plays competitive soccer and this has been a huge help for him after games. He’s always sore and needing either cold or heat on his muscles and this does both.

Great Pain Reliever
Mueller Spirts Medicine Hot/cold neck relief wrap is just an awesome product! It is large, making it so easy to place fully around my neck, draping with ease across my shoulders. The material is durable and stays cold for a good while!

A must have for neck and shoulder pain
This is the best heating and/or cooling pad I’ve ever used. The gel or whatever the inside material is heats and cools evenly and it’s perfectly flexible. It doesn’t get hard areas or areas that are too bulky. I love the soft velvety side and the smooth durable texture on the other side. Most importantly, it delivers results. It has helped my neck and shoulder pain immensely. An added bonus is that you can go on with your day while you’re wearing it. You don’t have to sit still and hold it in place.

A must have for after gym recovery
I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
We are in the middle of a heat wave so I’ve been using this product out of the freezer & it works well & is really convenient. Technically, it’s a neck & shoulder relief but I’ve used it for a head ache using a towel, on a groin strain using it like a toga & for generally for cooling off quickly & it does work great. The surface is much larger than similar products & the 2 front snaps mean you can use it a variety of ways.
If it’s been in the freezer a long time it tends to be stiff & difficult to mold around you neck but it doesn’t take long at room temperature to become pliable & it’s still really cold.
The reusable bag it comes with goes in both the freezer & the microwave keeping the wrap clean.
It stay cold much longer than it stays hot but it’s very easy to reheat.
A must have for your after gym sessions.

Great ice pack
This is a great ice pack. Technically it’s for your neck but I have been using it on my abdomen after receiving shots. It is easily folded and fits in my freezer.
