Application Instructions: 1. Loosen the straps by unfastening and adjusting the red hook tabs then refastening them to the shoulder pads. 2. Hold the Posture Support with the Mueller logo facing outward and slip on like a backpack. The elastic straps will stretch over each shoulder. 3. While holding correct posture, adjust the fit. Unfasten the red hook tabs to tighten or loosen straps and refasten when support feels snug. You may need to remove the product in order to adjust. 4. Start by wearing for short durations (30 minutes). Increase duration as your body adapts.

Intended use: This product is intended to help you comfortably build better posture habits over time. If you feel pain or discomfort, loosen straps and readjust.

Care Instructions: Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

I was wanting something that would encourage proper posture because I sit at my desk all day working on my computer. I like this one better than others because it’s a lot lighter and it has breathable material that makes it more comfortable. It’s very sleek and slim and it works well under clothing so that no one knows you are wearing it. I love also how you can wash it to keep it clean without worrying. It will mess anything up. If you want to improve your posture, then look no further than this Mueller sports posture support.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Scarletlofton73 from Great support So I was not expecting how comfortable this actually was. It really gave good support but you almost don't even notice it's on. The material is strong but soft. It has some padding which helps at Key spots. First you losses it then put it on and tighten it after its on. They do say at first to you use 30 minutes at a time till your body gets used to it but I was never uncomfortable at all. Material was very lightweight and breathable. One of the biggest pros for me was that you didn't notice it under your clothes and others didn't notice it. I recommend this to everyone, especially if you work at computers . I am very happy with it.

I weigh about 115 and this back brace fit me, although I did have to pull it as tight as possible. With that being said it’s adjustable to different body sizes. It’s very easy to put on and not noticeable while wearing unless you are wearing skin tight clothes. I know I was a little skeptical about wearing it in town but no one even noticed due to me wearing it underneath my tshirts. It’s actually comfortable to wear and gives me no bothers. I have already seen great improvement in my posture since wearing this back sport.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Amber from Uncomfortable support that does not work I received this item a few weeks ago and wore it every day almost. I followed the directions exactly. I looked at and took a picture of my back and to see how straight it was before because I wanted to know my posture. After using it for a while, I noticed my posture was not improved. I thought it was nice that it was lightweight however. It’s also made with quality materials, however, I am very disappointing with this product. However, it’s a high-quality product that is made very well and you could tell it is very durable and will last a long time. Also, it’s very easy to adjust so it fits any size almost.

There are times I am stuck sitting on a stool and it can be painful on my back and I will slouch which hurts my back even more. With this, its keeps my back straight. It's lightweight. Doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. Very easy to adjust. I am able to wear it under a shirt and at times I will even just put it over my shirt. I keep it in my purse so I always have it with me. It has made a bug impact in my life honestly. I've always had issues and this has eased up on my back. It's been amazing! I highly recommend this. It's fantastic.

The design makes it easy to slip under clothing if want to be discreet about wearing it. The device is easy to adjust and I can definitely see how it straightens my posture up immediately. The only thing I wish was better is ease of getting it off without undoing the velcro and having to readjust every time I wear it, but I'm guessing the same would be true of any other device. I am very pleased with this lightweight and easy to use product and would definitely recommend to others. I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Megan C from Uncomfortable I was hopeful about this because I really want to improve my posture. I guess the whole point of this is that it should be uncomfortable, to make me stand up straighter, but even when I stand up straight, shoulders back, the pieces that go under my arms feel like they are cutting bloodflow through my brachial artery. I loosened it, but it didn't matter, it seems the shape of the strap under my arm just cuts into my under arm. It's fine if I put my hands on my hips, but when my hands hand by my sides, my upper arms feel impinged. This is also really hard to get off without a buddy.

First the the material the brace is made from this quality. The design allows for easy adjustments making it easy to get on and off. The first day it felt a little awkward but after a few days I didn’t even notice it. It took about a week but I started to notice the difference in my posture and stance which has alleviated some upper back pain. I plan to continue use on a regular routine as it’s helped a lot.
