Application Instructions: 1. Loosen the straps by unfastening and adjusting the red hook tabs then refastening them to the shoulder pads. 2. Hold the Posture Support with the Mueller logo facing outward and slip on like a backpack. The elastic straps will stretch over each shoulder. 3. While holding correct posture, adjust the fit. Unfasten the red hook tabs to tighten or loosen straps and refasten when support feels snug. You may need to remove the product in order to adjust. 4. Start by wearing for short durations (30 minutes). Increase duration as your body adapts.
Intended use: This product is intended to help you comfortably build better posture habits over time. If you feel pain or discomfort, loosen straps and readjust.

Comfortable
I’ve been trying out the Mueller adjustable posture support for a couple of weeks and I find it comfortable. I find it easy to put on and take off, it’s adjustable, and discreet under clothing. I’ve worn it while working out and just around the house to help with my posture. I would say it’s made me more conscious and helped me correct my posture when having it on. At times, I forget I’m wearing it. Overall, it’s a great product and definitely worth trying!

Great support
So I was not expecting how comfortable this actually was. It really gave good support but you almost don't even notice it's on. The material is strong but soft. It has some padding which helps at Key spots. First you losses it then put it on and tighten it after its on. They do say at first to you use 30 minutes at a time till your body gets used to it but I was never uncomfortable at all. Material was very lightweight and breathable. One of the biggest pros for me was that you didn't notice it under your clothes and others didn't notice it. I recommend this to everyone, especially if you work at computers . I am very happy with it.

Comfortable and fits well
I really like posture, I feel it has made a difference in my slumping posture. I am hopeful that using it consistently over several months that I will no longer slump when not wearing the posture support device. Wear a T-shirt or tank underneath so it will not rub against your skin. I would purchase this again.

Posture perfect
Do at first i wasnt sure about this at 59 years old but after a couple days i got use to it and i just felt taller so it was actually improvement to my daily routine so i would tell folks to give it a try

Hello I recently tried this ADJUSTABLE POSTURE SUPPORT BLK made by Mueller Sports it actually helps with posture helps you not to slump over while standing or walking I actually use it at work lifting stuff it helps me use to have back pain but it's improving

Great For Straightening Me After A Long Work Day
I’m a storyboard artist and this product is great for the afternoon when I get tired and start at my work station. I can sometimes be drawing for ten to fourteen hours on any given day and it’s easy to let my posture go. It helps me keep straightened up and actually causes me to feel a bit energized. The shoulder straps have a lot of padding so it’s good under my arms. I keep it on my drawing table for easy access and use it on the regular. Highly recommend if you do work with lots of forward bending

Sit straight
Since begining to use this adjustavle posture support product my back has not left has sore and sift. I noticed I sit and stand straighter and feel better otherall. After using it for a little I am also sitting and standing starlight even without it!

Very good for work
I have been using this at work, putting in in half way thru my shift. This helps me feel better when I start to hurt at work from slumping over. This straightens my shoulders and back up feeling so good. I am very happy with the results I been getting from using this at work daily. Easy to put on and take off, doesn't rub or anything, stays in place.

I’ve been wearing the ADJUSTABLE POSTURE SUPPORT for over a month now around the house when doing chores and at work (I have a desk job and sit at a computer all day) it has been extremely helpful in reliving my shoulder and back pain. It is easy to use / wear. Easy to put on and take off.

I sit at a desk all day and definitely have that hunched over back. I have been using this for a while when I sit at my desk and I have noticed a difference in my posture. I sit up straightet and I feel like I am losing my hunch. I also notice it when I am not wearing it. It is comfortable to wear and easy to adjust.

An affordable way to improve posture and help back
The Mueller Sports Medicine Adjustable Posture support is very light weight and mostly comfortable. I especially like how it is padded in the right spots to provide a more confutable experience. As an oversized person I need back support often and this is an affordable way help with that. One size is supposed to fit all. As an added bonus ot is washable.

I have been using this posture support at work and it has helped a ton. There are times I am stuck sitting on a stool and it can be painful on my back and I will slouch which hurts my back even more. With this, its keeps my back straight. It's lightweight. Doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. Very easy to adjust. I am able to wear it under a shirt and at times I will even just put it over my shirt. I keep it in my purse so I always have it with me. It has made a bug impact in my life honestly. I've always had issues and this has eased up on my back. It's been amazing! I highly recommend this. It's fantastic.

Good posture and shoulders support
Mueller sports medicine posture support has added great benefits to my life. As a 60 yr old woman I found wearing to start out at 30 minutes per day and have worked up to more time gave me support I didn't know I needed so bad. I can feel a difference and am more aware of my posture. Another great benefit I am noticing my shoulder does not hurt as much at night. It was a little tight and awkward at first but is soon stretched out a little. It is my daily friend to help improve my back and shoulder pain. Definitely recommend for all ages.

Uncomfortable
I had high hopes for this support but unfortunately it was too uncomfortable to wear longer than a couple minutes. It says that it should fit most. Being an X-Large wearer, I found I am not "most". However, it does look like a durable support option for someone with a smaller frame.

Gives the support I needed
For the longest time I have always slouched and never really thought about proper posture, and now as the years have gone on it has caused my back to hurt. So, I was glad to see and try the Mueller Posture support. It was easy to adjust to my size and to put it on. I did find that it stopped me from being able to slouch, which is an adjustment for me because it’s what I am always used to doing. I like that the support is lightweight and breathable, and easy to toss in my washer machine to clean it. I also like the fact that I can wear it under my clothes and it’s not noticeable when I wear it out. I do feel the material is well made, and it’s durable, it has held up to several washings. I don’t think it’s a quick fix if that is what you are looking for, but I do feel that it does help give you the support you need. The more I get use to wearing it the longer I can keep it on during the day and I found that my back does not hurt as much.

I'll admit I thought this looked a bit tortuous when I saw the photo. I have been wearing it when reading or at my laptop. I barely feel it, super lightweight. It gives me a gentle reminder to sit up straight vs slouching. Just what I needed. More comfortable than it looks, for sure!

Great help!
I have been trying to be better at working on my posture. I’ve tried to do it on my own but I don’t even realize that sometimes I go right to slouching. This posture support helps me keep my posture better throughout the day. It’s easy to use and comfortable to wear throughout the day!

Works Alright
I got this to wear during exercises to help maintain good form. Fairly easy to slip on which is nice. But let me tell you getting it off alone is not easy if you’ve got broad shoulders and range of motion difficulties reaching your upper back. Definitely helps maintain good form during workouts so maybe I’ll just get a larger size.

Posture support
The Mueller sports medicine adjustable posture support is a minimal support level posture strap. This support strap provides light support to the upper back to encourage proper posture. I tried this and found it is not an instant cure, it builds better habits over time. I needed help to get this off. This would be a good beginning strap if willing to wait for results in better posture. You could then use the moderate and maximum support level products. I would also want a strap easier to take off.

Great invention
This is very comfortable to wear. Really helps your posture easily and conceals under shirts and jackets. Adjustable and easily stored. Helps great with back pain as well. Sitting up straight helps a lot of pain go away and this helps out with the posture.

I'm not sure if I was wearing this wrong or what. But I didn't think it was very comfortable to wear. And it kind of hurt my shoulders when I had it on. I wouldn't continue to use it. Maybe I was just wearing it wrong.

The adjustable posture support is not OSFM. I am a woman, size 14, and was unable to to put it on my back and once I did with assistance, the velcro straps were too short. I was unable to actually use this support aid.

I got this Mueller adjustable posture support for my son to help him build better posture habits. It's 75% lighter and 34% more breathable material for enhanced comfort. Works good
A light weight option which takes a little while to get used to but offers the right amount of comfort and flexibility. It's made of breathable material so that can be worn entire day or long periods of time. Also it fits pretty well can be adjusted quickly with single strap and provides ample support to upper back to maintain that posture. Works nice
