Sizing is all WRONG!!
I purchased this from a local pharmacy got at home. I had a hard time putting it on my foot left it on about an hour and then I couldn’t get it off. Had to get my husband’s assistance to pull it off my foot. The local pharmacy I bought it at will not take returns or exchanges so I’m stuck with it. your chart says women’s size 8 to 12. I am an 8 and it’s way too tight for me. I can’t imagine it fitting anybody. Who’s a 9 - 12… I suggest y’all redo your size chart.I don’t know if you’re using a mannequin or a real person to put it on but it’s wrong!

Best fit
I have been using the Mueller 4 way stretch ankle brace for years, they worked perfect to support my weak ankles alavoiding knee pain. The only problem was that was a little bit to tight. The Elastic ankle support is a better fit for me since give me the support I need without being too tight. I love this product and I highly recommend it.

Mueller 4 way Stretch ankle Support
I purchased the ankle support(lg/xlg), on 5/5/19 and took it home. The package says it fits size 11-15 shoe size(American). I wear a size 12. I put it on and the brace was so tight I barely was able to get it past my heel and pull up on my ankle. I wore it for about 11/2 hours working in the yard and my ankle was beginning to get sore. I went inside and took my shoe and sock off and noted that my foot and toes outside the brace were normal color, but when I removed the brace,( with difficulty), I had an indent in my lower shin from the top of the brace, and the shin was tender to the touch. I looked on your website for a xxl size, but don't see one listed. I don't anticipate continuing to use this product because it is too tight, and I don't know if I should return it to the store I bought it from, or return it directly to Mueller. I was using the brace because I have tendonitis in my achilles tendon in the heal area. The brace gave good support and I was able to walk around in comfort. I do take a prescription drug which causes my ankles to swell, which contributes to the tightness around the ankle. I Like your product, just wish there was a bigger size. I give it a 4 star rating for doing the support job, can't give it a 5 because it is too tight around the ankle for me.
