Keep on walking even in tight or new shoes
Return purchase because they simply are the best that I can find. I use them due to having a tendon injury with my Achilles tendon that has caused a bunnon that in certain shoes rubs the back of the shoe causing a very sore and tender area of my foot.

Mueller Blister Pads for Achilles Tendinitis
Someone gave me a pack of there blister pads. I have been struggling with bilateral Achilles Tendinitis that clears up then returns when aggravated by rubbing against my shoes. I started to use the Mueller Blister Pads to provide some protection and guess what, even with extensive walking, the tendinitis has not returned. I love these blister pads...!!!
