Application/Instructions: •Cold therapy oPlace pack in freezer for 1.5 hours before use oPlace pack inside Mueller Lumbar Back Brace pouch, or wrap pack in protective material oApply Mueller Lumbar Back Brace to back with hot/cold pack inside, or apply wrapped pack to injured area in intervals of 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off •Hot therapy oMicrowave Microwave pack on HIGH (100% power) for 20 seconds Knead to distribute heat Microwave pack for additional 20 seconds If more heat is required, heat in additional 10-second increments until desired temperature is reached Allow pack to stand for 20 seconds before removing from oven Knead pack to distribute heat Place pack inside Mueller Lumbar Back Brace pouch, or wrap pack in protective material Apply Mueller Lumbar Back Brace to back with hot/cold pack inside, or apply wrapped pack to injured area in intervals of 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off oHot water Place pack in hot water (max 60°C) for 10 – 15 minutes Knead pad to distribute heat Place pack inside Mueller Lumbar Back pouch, or wrap pack in protective material Apply Mueller Lumbar Back Brace to back with hot/cold pack inside, or apply wrapped pack to injured area in intervals of 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off , 1.
