Application/Instructions:
1. Place heel on hole. 2. Fasten arch strap. 3. Fasten ankle strap. 4. Cross long straps., 1. Align opening over kneecap. 2. Fasten bottom section behind knee. 3. Fasten top section behind knee. 4. Secure top and bottom tension straps.

Nice product that could use some tweaks
I received the Mueller Sports Medicine Adjustable Ankle Stabilizer from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I was hesitant to even try this brace because it says one size fits most, but I am glad I did. This brace can be used on the left or right ankle. This is not the typical sleeve type brace. This brace truly is adjustable. There are four separate Velcro closures that can be adjusted. The heel is open. The first Velcro closure fastens over the arch. The second around the ankle. The last two cross over each other at the bend of the foot. I was impressed that I could actually get this brace on my foot. I like that there are stays to provide additional support. I like that the fabric is stretchy. I don’t like that the fabric contains latex. I have a latex sensitivity and would not risk this being directly on my skin for long periods of time. I would have to wear over socks. I understand that a brace is supposed to be tight, but I have large ankles that tend to swell, a little larger cut on this brace would still provide support without the need for constant readjustment. I also do not like that there are no instructions for cleaning this product. I live in a hot, humid climate and regardless of where this brace is worn it would eventually need to be washed.

Great support and comfort.
My son has had problems with his ankle after hurting it while playing youth soccer. He is able to walk long distances without pain while wearing the brace! It is comfortable even in the heat and humidity.

Comfortable, stable and simple
This ankle stabilizer works well! Offers a lot of support and fits any size foot! It feels very nice on the foot and ankle and is very easy to walk around in. The mesh like panels makes it so your foot doesn’t get hot and sweaty in it!

Great support for my lower foot and ankle
It was very comfortable. The color black goes with everything so that's cool. The material is sturdy. It had great support for my ankle. The fabric was dry pretty fast after use.

Comfortable, supportive, and breathable
After being in sports for most of my life and now walking daily around campus braces like these that are actually effective are hard to find, until now. I have never felt more snug support while also being so breathable. The sizes range so this is a very universal product for everyone. Just after wearing this for about 2 weeks I have felt such a difference and can tell I have more agility for other things.

Pretty Average
This ankle support is kind of wonky. It seems to work and support the ankle pretty good but I can't really see myself wearing a shoe while having this one which to me is a huge downside. I wanted to use it for when I play baseball but it's too thick or maybe I'm just doing it wrong I'm not sure but it could be good if you're just staying home while wearing it.

This is not an easy brace to use.
I cannot rate this item a five star rating. The durability of the ankle brace was great but it lacked on comfort and ease of putting it on. After placing your heel in the open area it was rather difficult to pull it around and gets the straps in the appropriate place. You would not be able to wear this comfortably in your shoe due to the size of the brace.

It offers excellent support with a snug fit that doesn't feel restrictive. It provides solid ankle support during activities. Comfortable!!
