Mueller® Achilles™ Elite Kit and Accessories WARRANTY FAQ

Mueller Sports Medicine, Inc. (“Mueller”) provides limited warranty coverage for the Achilles™ product line with coverage periods varying by product category as shown below.

This Limited Warranty covers only new products purchased directly from Mueller or from an authorized distributor. The warranty is exclusively for the benefit of the original customer who purchases the product and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage applies solely to products that are properly used in accordance with Mueller’s Assembly & Instructions Manual. Mueller does not accept overstock returns or general customer returns under this warranty program. Products must demonstrate defects in material or workmanship to qualify for warranty coverage.

Mueller offers a 14-day return policy for eligible products from the date of receipt. This return policy applies only to products that are unused and not defective. To initiate a return under this policy, customers must contact the Mueller Customer Service Department within the 14-day window. All returns are subject to verification of product condition and purchase date.

Customers experiencing product defects in material or workmanship covered under this Warranty must initiate the claims process by contacting Mueller Customer Service. Claims must include proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, product details, photo(s) and a description of the defect. Mueller’s warranty service may include refund, repair, or replacement of defective product at Mueller’s sole discretion. If a warranty claim is denied, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

This Limited Warranty is subject to certain limitations and exclusions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow Mueller’s assembly & instructions manual. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality, and damage caused by external factors beyond Mueller's control are excluded from warranty coverage. The warranty is void if the product has been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and customers may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Mueller liability under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at Mueller's sole discretion. Mueller shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damage arising from product defects or failures. This Limited Warranty is the complete and exclusive warranty statement for Achilles™ products and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
