Graduated compression sleeves for your arms help improve blood and oxygen circulation in your forearm, elbow, and bicep. The compression fabric helps reduce muscle vibration which could cause soreness and fatigue.

Application/Instructions:
1. Place thumbs inside sleeve.
2. Slip arm through sleeve so bottom of the sleeve rests on the wrist.
3. Gently slide sleeve up the arm, top of sleeve rests on upper arm.
4. Smooth out any bunching or wrinkles.
5. DO NOT fold over the upper or lower band or allow the sleeve to roll.
Intended Use:
Graduated compression supports soft tissues, helping to reduce muscle vibration, soreness, and fatigue. Helps reduce venous pooling, which improves circulation, tissue oxygenation, and reduces swelling and edema.
Care Instructions:
Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.
