Sized to accommodate men’s US shoe sizes 12 and above, the plate sits securely beneath the shoe to create a stable, consistent connection between the foot and the system’s multi-directional resistance. This allows users to train in a familiar, sport ready setup without removing shoes. 

Its structured, low-profile design helps maintain consistent foot positioning throughout movement, supporting controlled resistance across the ankle and lower leg. By enabling use with shoes on, the shoe plate supports smooth transitions between exercises and training environments, making it well suited for athletic conditioning, performance training, and lower leg strength work where footwear is preferred.
