Application/Instructions:
Cool in freezer in supplied reusable bag for at least 2 hours before use. If wrap feels too cold, apply plush side to skin until cold is manageable. Apply cold wrap for periods of up to 20 minutes every two to four hours. Heat in microwave without supplied reusable bag for 45 seconds. Knead to distribute heat. Turn over and heat for an additional 45 seconds. Knead to distribute heat. If Necessary, heat in additional 10 second increments to reach desired temperature.

Great for relaxing after a long day or easy minor aches.
This wrap is comfortable, easy to use and provides soothing relief for neck tension and soreness. It stays in place well, whether used warm or cold, and the reusable design is a nice bonus.

Such a great product!
I love this hot/cold neck wrap from Mueller Sports Medicine. The fit is great for any area of neck stiffness or soreness. It has the perfect weight and feels just like a weighted blanket, which helps ease the pain duri by wear. Definitely worth a purchase for both hot and cold needs. Such a great product!

Wrap around relief
This wrap is super efficient. It cools quickly and stays cold for 3-4 hours. It is does not weigh down on your neck or shoulders at all, feels really weightless cold or hot. The hot really helps to relax the neck muscles or lower back muscles. Cold is perfect for easing pain and stiffness in the back of my neck or shoulders. So easy to wrap around and adjust, Simple snap holds it in place. Stay clean but if needed it is the easiest thing to clean just run it under water and dry off.

Hot/Cold Neck Relief!
Very easy to use. I actually received this product at the perfect time. I had just pulled my shoulder and this hot/cold wrap worked wonders. I also used it for my headache the other day. I would definitely recommend this product.

As a martial artist this actually provided relief.
The nice thing about this neck wrap is it fits nicely covering my lower skull, neck, and shoulders. As someone who is heavily involved in martial arts with a torn ligament in my shoulder and a neck I need to pop regularly, this came in clutch. It held the temperature for a substantial amount of time, way longer than expected. The only thing is when I heated it up, the outer plastic side got real hot, hotter than the soft side. Which is fine, just worth noting since you have to still touch it. It's got a nice weight to it too. Super convenient, easy to use, comfortable, what more could you ask for.

I loved this product for various reasons! Not only is it good for after a work out but if you experiencing any kind of discomfort from sciatica it helps! My child also benefited from it for cramps great product that goes hot or cold.

I think this neck wrap needs a little more redesigning to make it more ergonomic for everyone. The weight is nice, and I love that it works for both hot and cold therapy, so it really helps.

Very versatile and helpful product!
The Hot/Cold Neck Relief Wrap by Mueller Sports Medicine is a phenomenal product! I like its versatility in being able to be used both hot and cold, and find it holds both temperatures very well. Its incredibly helpful to have for both sore muscles and when I have my migraines and it's very customizable with its adjustable snaps, and is comfortable and soft enough to wear for longer periods as it doesn't weigh a ton either! Very helpful to have around the house and I think everyone should have one!
