Graduated compression sleeves for your legs help improve blood and oxygen circulation in your feet, ankles, and legs. The compression fabric helps reduce muscle vibration which could cause soreness and fatigue.

Application/Instructions: 1. Place thumbs inside sleeve and gather the material. 2. Slip foot through sleeve so bottom of the sleeve rests on ankle. 3. Gently slide sleeve up the leg, top of sleeve rests on thigh. 4. Smooth out any bunching or wrinkles. 5. DO NOT fold over the the upper or lower band or allow the sleeve to roll.
Intended Use: Graduated compression supports soft tissues, helping to reduce muscle vibration, soreness, and fatigue. Helps reduce venous pooling, which improves circulation, tissue oxygenation, and reduces swelling and edema.
Care Instructions: Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

I wear these everyday as I recovering from an ACL surgery. I’m usually careful when putting them on, but disappointed that they just randomly tore, and not I cannot wear them
