I get pain in my knee sometimes when I walk, and apply weight on it, and this brace helps tremendously. The hinges move easily with each step, so it doesn't cause any issues, or stick at all. This brace helps tremendously when I'm having a flare in my joints, and is extremely comfortable, and breathable, I love it.
