The Premium Hg80® Tennis Elbow Support is simply the most comfortable support you'll wear. The Mueller-exclusive HydraCinn® fabric is a high-performance, moisture-wicking material with an anti-microbial barrier. Recommended for any activity involving a strong grip or strain on the forearm and elbow, including tennis and golf.
Application/Instructions:
1. Loosen strap.
2. Slide brace on, center pad on top of forearm.
3. Pull strap through plastic loop, and attach.
Intended Use:
Provide targeted compression to the forearm to help reduce pain and discomfort.
Care Instructions:
Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Easy to use.. but
This is a simple product that provides targeted compression to help reduce pain. A gel pad is the key to the targeted compression BUT the instructions do not tell you where on your arm the gel pad is best placed! They don't tell you how compression my help. The picture on the front of a model wearing one might suggest the correct placement...or it may not.
