Epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow & Golfer's Elbow)
More commonly known as tennis or golfers elbow, epicondylitis most commonly affects individuals who perform movements involving heavy lifting or forceful grasping. This condition causes pain along the outside of the elbow, which may occasionally extend down the backside of the forearm to the wrist. Acute forms of tennis elbow can be treated through rest, icing and moderate stretching. For more information on epicondylitis, visit American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
