Adjustable elastic wrap conforms to all body parts - Wrap holds cold/hot pack in place - Includes one 6" x 9" Reusable Cold / Hot Pack
Application/Instructions:
1. Chill or heat pack as directed on product.
2. Place pack in mesh pouch.
3. Place pouch over body part.
4. Wrap elastic around and fasten.
Cautions/Warnings:
This product contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
Care Instructions:
Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.

Easily conforms
Unlike other brands that freeze hard, these cold packs remain soft, so that they are easily conform to whatever body part you are using them on. the long elastic wrap, also, makes it easy to get it where you need it, such as, ankles or hands.
