About this item
· INTENDED USE: Helps relieve lower back pain while providing support to strains, sprained, and aching backs
· FIT: Plus Size, 50’-70’ max stretch . Adjustable compression from double layer design allows for custom fit to abdomen and lower back and breathable fabric for added comfort
· REMOVABLE LUMBAR PAD: Comes with removable lumbar pad which cushions and compresses the lower back for concentrated support
· STEEL SPRINGS: 4 flexible steel springs conform to the back for additional stability
Application/Instructions:
1. Place lumbar pad on center of fabric inside of brace. 2. Release outer elastic straps. 3. Wrap main elastic band around back and attach in front. 4. Fasten outer left elastic strap (black inside) to black on main elastic band. 5. Fasten right outer elastic strap (blue inside) to white on other outer elastic strap.

Back brace
I liked the design of the brace but it was very uncomfortable in the beginning but after wearing it for several days it became comfortable and offered a support in in doing exercises like squats and kept my spine aligned when walking for execise. I am glad I did not stop using it!!!!! I received this product as part of my stake research

Available for morbidly obese like me
"I received this product as part of a My-Take research study."
I thought this would help for when I'm shopping or doing other chores, etc and my back hurts. I'm not sure how well it helped my back pain because it made it difficult for me to breath while wearing. My hips are Very wide, so it makes the fit difficult to adjust, but it still fit without stretching.

Works much better than I expected

I have had lower back issues all my life and have tried many different back supports like this one. But HONESTLY this Mueller belt works far better than any of the others I have had in the past! Easy to use and comfortable too! Highly recommend!

great support
I have had on and off back pain for many years depending on how I move and what I'm doing. I'm 65 now and find the need to use it more and more when i do strenuous work for any length of time. I found this brace gave me the extra support I needed to keep my back strong during the work period. I was very grateful for that extra strength. It was easy to use and wrap around. Bulky & Uncomfortable
I have been wearing this back brace for a couple of weeks. I personally find it bulky and uncomfortable. I have worn back braces in the past, and I tend to get used to them once I have used them for a while. I could never get used to this one. It is large and hot. I found myself constantly fidgeting with it and readjusting it but never able wear it comfortably. It provided very mild relief for my back, but the bulky size and inability to get used to it more than offset any benefit. I do HVAC work and found it difficult to work in the back brace on the occasions where I tried.

Pain Relief
I'm a 69 year old man who has suffered from pulled muscles in my lower back since my early 20s. If I would do my stretching exercises everyday I would probably avoid most episodes but you know how that goes. I use this back brace to reduce the pain and shorten the recovery time. It works for me!

It's a "life saver"
I've been using the Mueller back brace for some time now. I have suffered with lower back pain for years and more recently it has gotten worse. The Mueller brace allows me to work out at the gym, ride my bike and generally do things around the house, use the snow blower, etc with much more ease and significantly less discomfort. I highly recommend this brace. It's comfortable to wear, and I've come to realize that it is almost as effective with less tightness than it is when made very snug...more comfortable and can wear it for longer periods of time!! I just purchased another one just to make sure that I have one available at all times.

Great Value for Money
I bought this around 4 years back in Dubai and it still gives great support and is really comfortable too. Not just for sports but I've been using it regularly especially after my C-section healed properly. And being a full time mother has taken its toll on my back. Thats when I reach out to my back brace and get back to my works just fine.
